All purchases from the website are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before placing an order as, in purchasing from the website, you indicate your understanding and agreement to being bound by these terms.

1.  Payment

We accept payment via the secure Afterpay system, Stripe system, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal systems worldwide. Please see each system’s website for their user agreement including security arrangements.
Orders will be dispatched once we receive notification your payment has been confirmed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

2.  Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10 percent.
Online prices may be subject to change without notice, and may differ from prices available elsewhere.

3.  Products

We aim to display accurately the colour of products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and/or printer, there is no guarantee that the display of any colour will exactly reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

4.  Privacy Policy

At Fox and Dollbaby, we are committed to protecting your privacy as an online visitor to our website. Fox and Dollbaby respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the national privacy principles established pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth). Fox and Dollbaby does not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We will never disclose your personal details to a third party. All information remains private and confidential.

5.  Returns

Fox and Dollbaby does not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
If you receive an order that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered we will exchange this for you free of any charges.
We do require that you get in contact with us first within 48hours of receiving the faulty goods via info@foxanddollbaby.com.au and provide photo evidence of the damage. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
